Join Safir Teachers

This program is aimed at the applicants who have the teaching experience of less than 5 years, or those who have decided to start teaching as a profession.


 

Requirements for course attendance:

Completing and sending in the application form through Safir site (gosafir.com), or the educational branches

Receiving approval by the Teacher Recruitment Center (TRC), after assessing the application form

Attending the group interview (for at least an hour) or individual interview, or both depending on the decision of the TRC

Attending the written test after the group interview, on the same day

Attending the TTC without absence (The course lasts19 working days, including (equivalent to) 60 teaching hours)

Proving qualified through the assessments made during the course

Proving qualified in the demonstration (Demo), evaluated by the members of the Board of Education

Starting to teach for a 2-term probationary period (equivalent to 3 months), in one of the educational branches, which is in demand for new teachers

If the new teachers prove qualified during the probationary period, in terms of educational standards, they will receive a (teaching) personnel code, and will continue to work as a teacher

 Required Documents:

One (3X4) photograph, to be delivered on the day of the written test

Payment of 100,000 Rls. fee for the written test

Payment of 5,000,000 Rls. fee for the TTC

 Required Documents after (TTC) course completion:

6 photographs (3X4)

Copies of all the pages of birth certificate (3 sets)

Copies of birth certificates of dependant family members (2 sets- first and second pages of the birth certificate of spouse and children)

Two copies of the Military Service/ Exemption Card (for male applicants)

2 copies of the latest degree/ student card/ student certificate

3 copies of the first page of the health insurance booklet (if insured previously by the “Social Security Insurance”)

2 copies of teaching certificates (TKT, CELTA, KELTT), if applicable

A copy of IELTS certificate, (minimum total of 8, for adults courses, and 7.5 for teenagers courses), TOEFL certificate (PBT minimum of 625/ IBT minimum of 110), or CPE certificate (if applicable)

2 copies of the National ID Card

1 copy of the first page of passport

Work experience documents (mentioning the number of years and hours of teaching, to be enforced upon the approval of the TRC)

 Express Entry Recruitment:

Experienced and well-known teachers in Tehran and provinces are invited to join the big family of Safir, through the Express Entry program. One of the advantages of this program is the rapid process of recruitment. The program is aimed at the teachers who are qualified regarding at least two of the following terms:

5 or more years of teaching experience

Work experience in one of the creditable language schools

International certificates such as CELTA, DELTA, TOT. …

Experience in Teacher Training

Please note that applicants’ files will be assessed by the education team, and if the resume’ and the files are not qualified for the “Express Entry”, the recruitment process will be treated as “Regular” (upon the consent of the applicant).

When completing the online application form, please note the type of recruitment (Regular or Express Entry).

Ordinary Recruitment Program

The applicants who have less than five years of teaching experience, or seek to start teaching French, can apply through the Ordinary Program.

The procedure of the ordinary program is as follows:

Requirements of the course:

  • Sending “formulaire d’inscription” (Application Form), through Safir site (gosafir.com), or through the branches
  • The approval of “formulaire d’inscription” (Application Form) by the (CRE) Education Group
  • Attending the (one-hour) group interview, or individual interview, or both depending on the decision of the (CRE) Education Group
  • Attending the written test
  • Attending the FDF (Teacher Training Course), without absence (the course consists of 10 working days, equal to 30 education hours)
  • Acceptable performance during the evaluations
  • Acceptable performance in the demo session
  • Starting to teach in the branches where teachers are needed, for two terms (3 months) during the trial period
  • Receiving a teacher’s code and continuing to work, if standards are met

Required Documents:

  • A (3X4) photograph, to be delivered on the day of the group interview, and the payment of 100,000 Rls. (interview fee)
  • Payment of the course fee (5,000,000 Rls.)

Required Documents to be delivered after the FDF course:

  • 6 (3X4) photographs
  • Three copies of all the pages of birth certificate
  • 2 copies of the birth certificate of the dependant family members (pages 1 and 2 of the birth certificates of spouse and children)
  • 2 copies of the military national service card, or exemption card for male applicants
  • 2 copies of the latest degree/ student card/ studying certificate
  • 3 copies of the first page of the insurance booklet, if applicable
  • 2 copies of educational and special certificates (TEF, DELF, DALF, TCF), if applicable
  • 2 copies of the national ID card
  • 1 copy of the first page of passport
  • Documents related to job experience, specifying the years and the hours of work (job experience will be considered, only if approved by the CRE)
  • Express Entry Recruitment Program (Entrée express)
  • This program concerns the well-known and outstanding teachers in Tehran and provinces, who would be interested in joining the big family of Safir. Of the advantages of this program, its quick procedure stands out. This program includes the teachers who are compatible with at least two of the following requirements:
  • Above 5 years of class teaching experience
  • Experience of working in creditable language schools
  • Possession of special certificates such as: TEF or TCF: C1, C2, DALF
  • Experience of teacher training

Please note that the applications and documents will be assessed by the education group of the French department, and if they are not considered as relevant to the express entry program, the recruitment case will be treated as “Ordinary”.
