Core Areas of Responsibility
Strategic Planning & Institutional Alignment
- Design and develop a comprehensive international relations strategy aligned with Safir’s mission in English and French language education.
- Formulate short-term, mid-term, and long-term roadmaps for international development initiatives (online and in person).
- Ensure alignment of international programs with Safir’s broader educational, branding, and sustainability objectives.
Global Institutional Engagement
- Identify reputable universities, language institutes, teacher training centers, and academic organizations worldwide.
- Evaluate the compatibility of institutional goals and educational approaches with Safir’s academic standards and mission.
- Prioritize partnerships based on educational impact, international credibility, and long-term development potential.
Negotiation & Partnership Management
- Plan, guide, and manage formal negotiations for international academic and educational cooperation.
- Draft, review, and formalize targeted international Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
- Monitor the effective implementation of agreements and continuously assess their outcomes and value for Safir.
Joint Academic & Educational Programs
- Conceptualize, design, and launch joint educational initiatives, including:
- Teacher Training Programs
- Specialized Language Courses
- Language Skills Development Programs
- Develop international webinars, workshops, and collaborative academic activities with global institutions and educators.
- Support the internationalization of Safir’s educational services and academic offerings.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Safir’s instructional quality through international collaboration.
Faculty & Expert Collaboration
Identify, recruit, and coordinate collaborations with international educators and Iranian specialists based abroad.
Plan and facilitate active faculty participation in Safir’s programs, events, and academic initiatives.
Leverage academic partnerships to enhance Safir’s academic reputation and global brand positioning.
Performance Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and deliver periodic analytical reports on the progress, outcomes, and effectiveness of international activities.
- Systematically evaluate the educational, branding, and strategic impact of collaborations.
- Ensure continuous assessment of strategic, educational, and institutional performance.
- Provide actionable recommendations for the improvement, expansion, or redesign of international initiatives.
