Here’s an overview of the customised training we provide across various levels of the organisation:

  1. External Training Opportunities: When we recognise that a staff member could benefit from specialised training, we don’t hesitate to invest in their development. Whether it’s mastering a new skill or gaining deeper insights into a specific field, we cover the cost of external training courses. This approach ensures that our employees not only enhance their own abilities but also bring valuable expertise back to the academy, enriching the institution as a whole.
  2. Pre-service Training: Before joining Safir Language Academy, both our administrative and academic staff undergo pre-service training. This essential programme is designed to familiarise new recruits with our high standards of quality and operational excellence, ensuring they are fully prepared to contribute effectively from day one. It guarantees that everyone, whether working behind the scenes or in the classroom, upholds the professional principles that we are known for.
  3. In-service Training Programmes: Continuous learning is key to staying competitive. All our managers, staff, and teachers participate in On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Staff On-the-Job Training (SOJT) throughout the year. Regardless of their length of service, these programmes help keep our workforce updated on the latest industry trends, innovations, and best practices, ensuring they remain agile and capable of adapting to the ever-evolving landscape of education.
  4. Coaching Sessions: We take great pride in offering tailored coaching for both our leadership and management teams.
    • C-Suite Executive Coaching: Our executive leadership team benefits from a comprehensive coaching programme, which has begun with group coaching sessions and has been followed by eight one-on-one sessions, designed to develop strategic leadership and personal effectiveness.
    • Operational Managers Coaching: For our educational and administrative managers, we have offered group coaching sessions followed by two individual coaching sessions. This initiative ensures our managers are well-equipped to lead with confidence and efficiency, both in the classroom and the office.
  5. Commitment to Lifelong Learning: At Safir, we believe that education never stops. All our staff are encouraged to continuously develop their English language skills, with the opportunity to enrol in our English language courses at a 90% discount. For those already proficient in English, such as our teachers or branch managers, we offer the chance to learn French with the same discount. This commitment to learning ensures that our team members are always growing, both personally and professionally, which in turn benefits the academy as a whole.
