Saeed Sayyad Chamani, PhD
CEO
With a PhD in English Language Education from Payame Noor University and an Honorary PhD in Recognition of Life-long and Dedication to Hard Work, 2016 European Foundation for Management Development, The European Union., Saeed has an impressive academic and professional background. As a lecturer at prestigious universities, a speaker at specialised conferences, and an author, he has made significant contributions to the field. With global certifications in language education and leadership, Saeed has been the CEO of Safir Language Academy since 1999, guiding its growth and success over the decades.
Hossein Madadi
Head of Real Estate & Property Development
With a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and 35 years of distinguished experience within the Ministry of Education, Hossein has held key roles as a teacher, deputy head, and school principal in District 3, Tehran. Additionally, he has served as a Supervisor of School Affairs for international schools. Starting in 2013, Hossein expertly managed the Logistics Department, contributing significantly to operational efficiency, before taking on his current role in 2023, demonstrating a strategic approach to resource management and institutional growth.
Pouran Reihani Fam
Director of Government Organizations affairs
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in English. With 30 years of teaching in both public and private schools, Pouran joined Safir Language Academy in 2005. She serves as the legal representative of the academy at the Ministry of Education in Tehran, playing a key role in managing governmental relations and legal affairs.
Iraj Khaleghi
Chief Finance Officer
Holds a Master’s degree in accounting, with over 35 years of work experience in tax consultancy. Iraj joined the team at Safir Language Academy in 2004, where he has played a key role in managing and overseeing financial operations. His extensive experience and expertise in accounting have contributed to the financial stability and growth of the organisation.
Vahid Maghfourian
General Manager of Provincial Franchise Branches
With a Bachelor’s degree in English Translation and a Master’s in Strategic Management, Vahid brings extensive experience to his role at Safir Language Academy. Having previously managed his own business, he is now responsible for expanding Safir’s branches nationwide. Vahid’s strategic oversight ensures the successful management and development of our operations across the country.
Gelareh Nasiri
Chief Academic Officer of Tehran Branches
With a distinguished Bachelor’s degree in German Translation from the University of Tehran and a Master’s in TEFL from Azad University, Gelareh is also a proud holder of CELTA in teaching and PCC in Coaching. As a creative trainer and professional coach, she has excelled in the fields of education, HR, and executive management since 2008. Her unwavering commitment to fostering a supportive environment, combined with her sharp decision-making skills, has been instrumental in driving the academy’s success.
Shabnam Mahmoudian
Chief Online Learning Officer
Joining us at Safir Language Academy in 2005, Shabnam specialises in the management of online education programs. With a Master’s degree in TEFL from Islamic Azad University, and expertise in creating accessible and effective online courses, she has significantly shaped the digital learning landscape at Safir Language Academy, making a profound impact on both students and the institute’s approach to education. Shabnam also holds an international certificate in IMS (Integrated Management System) and PMBOK (Project Management) from ICAD Academy, which enhances her ability to manage complex projects efficiently while ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
Rose Shayeghi, PhD
Safirmall Director
Holds a Ph.D. in ELT from Kharazmi University, and has over 20 years of teaching experience. Rose joined the team at Safir Language Academy in 2007. She also has 12 years of experience lecturing at state and private universities. In 2017, Rose transitioned into digital marketing field, and became the director at Safirmall online store, where she oversees its operations and growth in the e-commerce space. Additionally, she provides consulting services to various companies in the field of e-commerce.
Roya Ravar
Chief Information Officer
With over two decades of experience at Safir since 2004, Roya has expanded her expertise through a year of teaching English at Safir Language Academy. Complementing her educational background, she has pursued advanced IT management courses at the Kahkeshan Noor Institute and specialised training in networking, security, and programming at Kandoo Institute, equipping her with a robust foundation in the IT domain.
Omid Shokri
Marketing & Business Development Director
Being a PhD candidate in Communication Sciences, Omid brings over 24 years of experience, including 17 years in senior management at prestigious institutions. He joined Safir Language Academy in 2020, And is currently overseeing the planning, development and execution of marketing and advertising strategies. He has a central role in managing the departments of CRM, digital marketing, advertising, tourism and cinema, public relations and sales, B2B marketing and AV services.
Mohammad Faeghi
Chief Financial Planning & Analysis Officer
With an Associate Degree in accounting Mohammad joined Safir Language Academy in 2006 to play a crucial role in the organisation. He has served as CEO and board member of Safir Gofteman Cultural and Sports Club while overseeing key areas such as warehouse operations, property, finance, maintenance, and transport services, ensuring the smooth functioning of these critical support systems.
Milad Maleklou
Chief Human Resources Officer
Having taken the human resource management courses at IMI, Milad has been a key figure at Safir Language Academy since 2009. In 2017, he was appointed as the HR Manager, where he has played a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies and policies. Additionally, he is a member of the Labour Dispute Resolution Council at the Shamirat Labour Department, contributing to resolving labour-related matters.
Mohsen Norouzieh
Chief Academic Research & Assessment Officer
Holds a Master’s degree in TEFL from Tarbiat Modares University and a CELTA and a Delta Module 2 certification focusing on developing advanced teaching skills and deepening knowledge of English language teaching methodologies from Cambridge University. Mohsen joined us at Safir Language Academy in 2003, after a 5-year experience in other prestigious institutes. He has built a strong foundation in education. Currently, he oversees key educational evaluations and research initiatives to enhance academic standards and support the institution’s growth.
Abbas Shakeri Daryan, PhD
Chief Maintenance & Construction Officer
Being a PhD candidate in Civil Engineering, Abbas has been a dedicated educator at Islamic Azad University since 2004, shaping future professionals in the field. Abbas holds a Senior Engineering Licence and has been actively involved in design, supervision, and execution since 2000. Since 2023, he has been contributing to Safir Language Academy, where they manage civil engineering projects and equipment operations, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Currently, he also holds the position of CEO at a consulting engineering firm, combining their technical expertise with leadership skills.
Alireza Vafaeyan, PhD
Turbin Tahrir Director
Holds a Ph.D. in Business. With extensive expertise in business, Alireza serves as an export consultant and manages sales and marketing. He is currently the head of the Accounting Department at the University of Iranian Informatics Development, in addition to Safir Language Academy to contribute to both business strategy and education.
Shahram Kianoosh
Educational Quality Control Manager
Holding a master’s degree in English language education and a CELTA qualification, Shahram has made significant contributions in various academic fields, lecturing English for Specific Purposes (ESP) across various professional fields including medical English at University of Tehran. With such invaluable experience, he established the Kish Island branch of the Institute of Science and Technology. Shahram’s expertise continues to impact English education in remarkable ways.
Zhubin Samii
Chief Educational Content Officer
With a rich background of 30 years in English education, Zhubin joined Safir Language Academy in 2017 after 23 years at other prestigious institutions. With a Bachelor’s degree in English Translation, Zhubin has excelled in both teaching and management roles. He also specialises in Business English, which caters to professionals looking to enhance their language skills for commercial success.
Mahya Mahabadi
Regional Academic Manager
With a solid foundation in teaching since 2003, Mahya became a valued Teacher at Safir Language Academy in 2008, then became an educational supervisor, and later the Branch Manager. She ascended to the prestigious role of Director of Education by 2015. She currently excels at her role as a teacher trainer and a trainer for HR courses. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Translation and CELTA certification, she has shown unwavering dedication to educational excellence and leadership.
