Recruitment Process at Our Central Offices
- Application Review: The initial step in our recruitment process involves a thorough review of the application forms based on the job requirements. This stage includes selecting qualified candidates for interview invitations.
- Interviews and Candidate Selection: During this phase, face-to-face interviews are conducted with selected candidates to assess their suitability for the role. Our focus is on identifying individuals who not only meet the technical requirements but who also align with our academy’s values and culture.
- Employment Testing and Induction: Selected candidates are invited to undertake employment tests and familiarise themselves with our regulations and procedures. We collect their personal documents during this stage.
- Issuance of Employment Orders and Introduction to the Department: On their first day, new employees are officially welcomed and introduced to their respective departments. They receive a welcome note and a small gift as a token of appreciation.
- HR Management – Short-term Contracting and Evaluation: New hires are initially given short-term contracts. Their performance is evaluated during the probationary period.
- Long-term Contracting: Should the evaluations be positive, a long-term contract is offered, solidifying their position within our team.

Join Our Maintenance and Administrative Staff at Safir Branches: Enhance Our Educational Ecosystem
At Safir Language Academy, we value the contribution of every team member who supports our educational mission. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill roles in both administrative and office maintenance and hospitality capacities. Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
- Education: Minimum of a Diploma and a maximum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Age: Between 20 and 35 years old.
- Language Proficiency: Minimum level of pre-intermediate at the start, with a commitment to advance to level upper-intermediate.
- Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in customer-facing roles or in service-oriented positions.
- Health and Legal Status: Applicants must be non-smokers, free from drug use, with no criminal record, and in good physical and mental health.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required for administrative roles.
- Military Service: Male candidates must have completed their military service or possess a permanent exemption.
