Educational Regulations
- In order to protect our customers’ rights, it is expected that Safir Language Academy students register during the pre-registration period designated specifically for them. Failure to register in a timely manner may result in the desired class reaching full capacity, and no further registrations will be accepted once the limit is exceeded.
- Priority for registration is given to students who enrol online. If you prefer to register in person, even during the pre-registration period, there is a possibility that the class capacities may be filled.
- Safir Language Academy students can access registration dates, term start and end dates, and pre-registration periods by visiting the Safir Language Academy website at www.gosafir.com or through the annual academic calendar available at all educational branch counters.
- Students eligible for any discounts (such as for veterans and martyrs, educators, personnel, etc.) according to the academy’s rules and regulations, may only apply these discounts during the pre-registration periods. After the end of the pre-registration period, the system will not accept discount applications.
- It should be noted that specialised courses such as IELTS and only conversation (SPO) are not subject to any discounts.
- Students are expected to plan to arrive on time and without delay for their selected educational sessions.
- To enhance the quality of education, students are allowed to be absent for two consecutive sessions or five non-consecutive sessions.
- Completion of assignments related to each class session is mandatory and will impact the student’s classroom grade.
- All mid-term and final exams at Safir Language Academy will be conducted online. Detailed information and the exam link will be sent via text to the mobile number registered in Natoos during specific periods.
- Transferring students from one educational branch to another within Safir Language Academy or changing class times is only possible upon the student’s request up to 24 hours before the start of the term (until 20:00), provided that the requested branch or class has the space and capacity to accept students.
- Students who are unable to attend the class for the upcoming term due to personal reasons may request a tuition refund up to 24 hours before the start date of the class (until 20:00) for the new term. After the start of the first session, there will be no possibility of a tuition refund under any circumstances, and the paid tuition will be forfeited.
Registration Terms and Conditions:
- Gathering in front of the entrance doors, which disturbs the peace of the neighbors, is prohibited.
- Creating any nuisance for the neighbors or parking vehicles in front of their homes is not allowed.
- The use of tobacco and mobile phones, as well as the presence of guests in the classrooms, are prohibited.
- Ensure your mobile phone is turned off or set to airplane mode during class hours.
- The Academy bears no responsibility for creating a waiting area for parents. Therefore, the presence of parents in the lobby and staircases is prohibited, and it is expected that parents wait outside the educational area for their children.
- Any photography or filming of the Academy environment and classrooms without written permission from the educational branch manager is prohibited and subject to legal action.
- Observance of Islamic morals, adherence to the culture of modesty and Islamic hijab, and full cooperation with the cultural-educational deputy of the Academy are mandatory.
- Students are expected to strictly and completely observe Islamic dress and hijab within the premises, wearing socially acceptable and reasonable clothing; non-compliance with proper dress and hijab in the educational and cultural environment will lead to the following actions: initially, a written commitment is taken from the student, secondly a fine may be imposed, and in the third instance, the student may be expelled from the institution as per Article 638 of the Islamic Penal Code.
